With over three decades of experience working with leadership teams for increased organizational effectiveness, and 8 years as a keynotes speaker, she is skilled at inspiring, motivating and working with leaders to support their business transformations.
Joanna has a keen understanding of human dynamics. Through her work teaching yoga, meditation, stress management courses, she empowers leaders to become consciously engaged to reach their full potential and create values-based cultures.
With over 35 years of experience in information management and management consulting, Joanna has facilitated numerous organizational transformations with a wide variety of clients including the Canadian federal, provincial and municipal government departments, IT corporations, associations, and non-profits. She recently returned from living abroad in Singapore for 5 years where she was a keynote speaker on workplace culture transformation.
Joanna has an Honours B.A. in Management of Information Systems from the University of Ottawa and has studied widely in the areas of organizational development, facilitation, leadership and learning. She has earned her certificate in Organization Development from the NTL (National Training Laboratories) Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, is an IAF (International Association of Facilitators) Certified Professional Facilitator, an ICA Certified Technology of Participation Facilitator and Trainer, a Certified Equine Facilitator, and a Barrett Values Center Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant.
